1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 cup chopped Onions1 tsp pepper2 cups spaghetti sauceAny of your favorite italian spices3 cups radishes2 cups mushrooms1 cup carrots
Servings: about 8 one-cup servings.
Add olive oil (1 tbsp) and pepper (1 tsp) in a large saute pan and add the (one cup) chopped onion. Saute to clearness. Add the jar (approximately 2 cups) of commercial spaghetti sauce, italian spices, and the 3 cups sliced radishes, 2 cups sliced mushrooms, and 1 cup chopped carrots, and 1 tsp salt, and cook them until tender--your choice as to how tender.
Serve over your choice of pasta, etc. Enjoy!
