Oat and Nut Granola with Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1/2 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. sliced almonds1/2 c. chopped walnuts1.2 c. non fat dry milkpinch of salt1/2 c. vegetable oil1/4 c. maple syrup3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. Combine dry ingredients in a 13x9 metal baking pan. Wisk wet ingredients together and then add to dry. Stir to coat well.
Bake until granola is golden and dry. 45-60 minutes. STIR FREQUENTLY. Cool completely.
Makes 6 cups or 12 1/2 cup servings
