Banana Foster French Toast

Ingredients
Topping:3 small very ripe bananas, sliced2 tbsp butter1/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp ground cinnamonToast:1/2 cup SIlk Very Vanilla Soy Milk1 large egg4 servings Bakery Multi Grain Bread
Directions
Melt butter in small sauce pan. Add bananas and saute for 1 minute. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Reduce heat until ready to serve.

Beat milk and egg until well combined. Dip bread slices into mixture. Heat large non stick skillet and grill bread on both sides. Serve with topping.
