8 chicken legs or thighs2 cups dry beans soak in water1 can of dice tomato1 can small goya tomato sauce with heat fresh cilantro choppedsalt and pepper to taste
This Jordanian dish is severed as a main course with rice. It is a soup that you scoop onto rice is made with dry white beans that was soaked in water for couple of hours You need to boil the chicken in a sauce pan of water and salt to taste as chicken boils skim off then form that build up while cooking Cook chicken for about 30-45 min. till done add the soaked beans cook for anouther 20 min till soft add 1 can of dice tomato plus 1 small can of tomato sauce if you heat add goya tomato sauce with heat cook for 5-10 min trun off the heat chopp a handfull of cilantro add to the soup and enjoy
