Ingredients
4.5 cup cold tap water10 dried apricots, halved2 tsp salt2.125 cup steel cut oat meal1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger
Directions
Put all ingredients into your crockpot. Cook 5 hours on medium or 7 hours on low. Enjoy with cottage cheese and almonds.
