Satay Sauce

Ingredients
Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup Water, tap, hot, .25 cup (8 fl oz) Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpackedKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp couple dashes Tobasco or 2 tsp sambal (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add hot water a little at a time and blend until smooth and creamy. Texture should be like thick cream.

Makes 24 - 1 Tb servings.
