Buffalo Chicken Salad - For a Hungry Person

For one serving:**1 boneless skinless chicken breast**10 Tbsp Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce**4 Tbsp Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing**Romaine Lettuce (I estimated a salad at 8 leaves)**Cherry tomatoes (6 are calculated)**Sliced cucumber (1/2 cup with peel is calculated)**Baby Carrots (8 large are calculated)**Cooking Spray
YIELD: ONE SERVING
Spray the bottom of a baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the chicken breast in the pan and cook at 350 until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Mix the Frank's and Ranch together.
Rinse all vegetables and drain.
Toss all vegetables together.
When chicken is done cooking, cut into bite sized pieces and toss with veggies.
Mix in Frank's and Ranch mixture.
Dig in!!
