My Own Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 c diced mango (1 mango)1 1/4 c diced plum tomato (about 3)1/4 c vidalia or red onion1/2 c diced cucumber1/2 c chopped carrot1 minced garlic clovelarge handful cilantro, chopped1 T apple cider vinegar2 T fresh lime juice1 t sugar1 t olive oil
Directions
Chop and stir all ingredients. Refrigerate.
