Quinoa Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
5 1/2 oz. ground turkey breast1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1/2 cup diced onion1 tsp. minced garlic1 cup cooked Quinoa1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and press into one burger or two little burgers.

Cook on grill, bake in oven or cook in non stick pan.

Serves: 1

Note: Top with yellow mustard for a tangy taste witha dolop of salsa on top.

Add a 2 cup salad for a full meal.
