Summer Crab Salad

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 2 cups cookedGreen Peppers 0.5 cup, chopped Fresh Red Peppers .5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw, .5 cup, choppedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernelsCrab Meat (Martel can), 6 oz Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp old bay seasoning, 1 tsp Parsley, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix 2 cups of cooked rice to all the veggies, crab and thawed corn. Mix with the mayo and old bay seasoning. Add salt and pepper to you liking and refridgerate. When it's cold it's good to go :)
Makes aprox. 6 1/2 cup portions
