Naan - Sweet Epiphany

4 Tbsp Milk (warm)1 pkt Active Dry Yeast4 c Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Kosher Salt2/3 c Yogurt2/3 c Milk1 egg2 Tbsp Butter (melted)
Makes 8 pieces.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine warm milk and yeast to bloom.
Combine dry. Combine wet. Add wet and yeast mixture to dry. Mix then knead until good consistency.
Let rise until double. Divide into 8 equal pieces.
For naan - roll out and bake for 8-12 minutes.
For rolls - let rise again, then bake 8-12 minutes.
