Ingredients
Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Best Choice Mixed Berries, .75 cup Flaxseed, 1 tbsp *Greek style Yoghurt, 3 tbsp *imitation vanilla flavoring, 2 tsp Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Directions
Makes one serving, about a pint. Add all ingredients to a blender and cover with water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and drink.
