2 cups Gluten Free Flour, 1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder, 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda, 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon, 1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg, 2 Beaten Eggs, 2 Small Bananas, 1 Cup Sugar, and 1/2 Cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread.
Grease bottom and sides of bread/loaf pan and set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg together plus a 1/4 Tsp. of salt and set aside.
In a medium bowl combine eggs, bananas, sugar, and oil and all at once pour into dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
