My Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 18 cup Water, tap, 6 cup Honey, 2/3 cup *Canola Oil, 2/3 cup Vital wheat gluten, 1/4 cup*Dough Enhancer, 1/4 cup Salt, 2 tbsp Yeast, bakers, 1/4 cup**Flax Seed 1/2 cup
Directions
Put all liquids in the mixer bowl then add 8 cups flour, honey, oil, gluten, enhancer, yeast and flax seed. Mix and let proof 15 minutes.

Add salt and begin mixing on low. Add flour 1 cup at a time until sides of bowl are clean. Knead on low for 9 minutes.

Shape loaves and place into pans. Rise 30 minutes. Bake 26-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
