Ingredients
1- Large Head Cabbage Chopped In 2 Inch Pieces1- Pound Lean Ground Beef1- Cup Rice 46 Fluid Ounces V8 Vegetabe JuiceSalt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
1- In Large Skillet Brown Ground Beef
2- Drain And Rinse
3- In Large Pot Combine Beef , Cabbage, And Uncooked Rice
4- Pour V8 Juice Over Top
5- Turn On Medium High Heat Bring To Boil
6- Reduce Heat To Medium Low And Cook Till Cabbage Is Soft ( Stir Often )

Salt & Pepper To Taste

Serve with salad and dinner is done
