Ricotta stuffed Wonton Wrappers

1 Package NaSoya Wonton Wrappers15 oz Part Skim RicottaEgg1 Cup Onion1 Tbsp Olive OilSalt & Pepper to TasteHerbs of your Choice
In a large skillet sautee the Onions in the Olive Oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes (until soft) Salt & Pepper to Taste
Mix Egg, Ricotta, Salt, Pepper and any Herbs that you like together until well blended.
Drop Ricotta mixture by 1 tsp into wonton wrappers and seal the wrappers by running your finger along two edges with water and pressing closed (remove all air)
Drop into pot of boiling water that has been well salted for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
Makes 6 servings (8 stuffed wontons per serving)
