Kim's Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Ingredients
1 red pepper1 green pepper1/2 red onion1/2 bottle sweet and sour sauce1/2 can pineapple chunks with all the juice3/4 of a zucchini4 servings of brown rice
Directions
start rice in large pot
In another pan sautee 25 peeled shrimp
Place shrimp in a bowl
Sautee all veggies together
Add pineapple and shrimp
Mix together pineapple juice and sweet and sour and pour
over veggies and shrimp
add cooked rice and let simmer 10 minutes.
Makes 6-7 1 cup servings
