Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1 1/3 cup splenda1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
preheat to 350. grease large baking sheet
combine peanut butter, egg, sugar and vinilla in large bowl. roll into balls and place on baking sheet. with a fork, dipped in splenda, make a criss-cross pattern on balls. bake for 12 min., remove from oven and sprinkle with more splenda. cool slightly before removing from pan.
makes 18 cookies

    I just made these and they are FANTASTIC! I used 1/2c reduced fat peanut butter and 1/2c dark chocolate almond butter. I reduced the splenda to just over 1/2c. Will definitely make these again, and maybe try PB2 to get them even less fattening! Thanks for sharing! Yummy! - 4/8/11

    I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners so I made these with regular sugar. I did cut the amount down to 3/4 of a cup though. I made them a little smaller so I ended up with 24. 1 cookie is 91.5 calories and just under 6 grams of fat. Not bad for using the real thing! - 8/7/08
