White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed2 cloves garlic1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp lemon peel, diced1 tbsp tahini1 tbsp water1/2 tsp cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place garlic and lemon peel in bowl of food processor and pulse 3 or 4 times until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth, adding more water if needed to make a smooth, thick paste.

Serve with raw vegetables or pita bread.

Substitute chickpeas, black beans, etc., adjusting water as needed for desired texture.
