Ho Bo Beans

*3 lb. ground meat1 cup water2 cups ketchup1.5 cups brown sugar4 tsp. prepared mustard4 tsp. vinegar1 (53.25 oz.) can pork and beans1 (40.5 oz. can kidney beans 2 (15.25 oz) cans lima beans2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix*The ground meat was not reduced-fat, but could easily be substituted with lean meat or turkey. The amount of meat may be reduced to 2lbs., rather than 3 lbs.
Brown ground meat, and drain.
Thoroughly drain kidney and lima beans. Lightly drain pork and beans, maintaining at least half of the sauce. Combine all ingredients, and cook in a crock pot, at least 2-3 hours to blend flavors. May bake in oven for 1 hour @ 400 degrees.
