Tossed Salad with Chicken and Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded or chopped1/2 cucumber, with peel, sliced thinly1 med red tomato, cut into 4 wedges1 tbsp parmesan cheese1 tsp honey mustard dressing1/2 grilled or roasted chicken breast, bone and skin removed (or use leftovers)
Directions
1. Mix all vegetables together.
2. Top with grilled or leftover chicken, parmesan cheese, and honey mustard dressing. Lightly toss.

Makes 1 or 2 (if used as side dish) servings.
