Shrimp Pasta w/Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz linguine1/4 cub butter, divided2 Tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic, minced1-1/2 lbs extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined1/2 tsp kosher slat1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice3/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup whole milk or cream
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to directions
2. Heat 2 TBS butter and olive oil in large skillet
3. Add garlic, cook 1-2 min
4. Add shrimp; cook thoroughly
5. Remove shrimp to plate; add salt, red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp), lemon juice and chicken broth - bring to boil simmer 5 min
6. Whisk in cream/milk, stirring continuously.
7. Whisk in remaining butter; taste and adjust seasonings
8. Place pasta in large serving bowl; top with shrimp
9. Pour lemon butter sauce over shrimp & pasta / serve immediately.
