Homemade spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
10 kilograms fresh tomatoesI cup onion, chopped1 whole clove garlic3 tbsp. oregano3 tbsp. basil1 tsp salt1/2 cup lemon juice1 cup red wine1/2 cup tomato paste
Directions
Peel tomatoes by placing in boiling water 45 seconds to 1 minute. Plunge into cold water and remove skins. Squeeze out seeds and excess juice.

Begin to cook tomatoes slowly. When reduced in volume and water evaporated, add remaining ingredients and simmer until onions and garlic well cooked.

Now it's ready to freeze in portions for future use or have a huge party!!!!

Defrost sauce and add ground meat as desired.
