Mushroom salsa rice

Ingredients
2 cups mushrooms, sliced1/2 packet taco seasoning (6 tsp) 6 tbsp spicy salsa (or mild if prefered)1/2 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup1 cup brown rice (dry)1.5 cups water
Directions
1.spray skillet with cooking spray and lightly saute the mushrooms, set aside
2.mix all ingredients including mushrooms into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3.Turn down heat to low, cook for 40 minutes , lightly uncovered until the rice becomes soft and the liquid evaporates.
