Ingredients
What you need: *1/8 tsp of Season Salt *1/4 tsp of Salt *1/4 tsp of Lemmon Pepper *1/4 tsp of Garlic Salt *1/4 tsp of Paprika *1/2 tsp of Pepper *2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper *1/4 cup of All-Purpose Flour *1/8 cup of Olive Oil * 4 Chicken Breast

1. Thaw four Chicken Breasts. Clean off any fat or blood.
2. Boil to a heat and place Chicken Breasts in there until cooked throughly.
3. Mix together all of the spices and flour to you get the right consisity.
4. Carefully take out Chicken Breasts in pot and wash off any acess waste.
5. Dry the Chicken Breasts so they are lightly damp.
6. Place Olive Oil into pan and and turn up the heat to medium.
7. Lighty place Chicken Breasts into spices and cover them completly.
8. Slowly place Chicken Breasts into pan and cover them.
9. Let cook for each size for about 3 minutes. flip other side and repeat.
