Slow Cooker Lentil & Potato soup

Ingredients
.5 cup lentils5 yukon gold potatos (diced)1 ham hock2 cans chicken broth -16 oz (fat free)2 cans water - 16 oz5 garlic cloves, mincedSalt/Pepper to taste
Directions
Put hamhock and liquids into slow cooker on high heat. Dice potatos, add to liquid. Season the liquid to taste - I prefer a little Cumin, a little Seasoning Salt and lots of pepper. Add lentis and allow to cook until potatos are done (couple hours). I left it cooking on low overnight and the potatos did not fall apart.

1 serving = .75 cup - 1 cup
