Ham and zucchini casserole

Ingredients
1 large onion, thinly sliced3 medium zucchini1 clove garlic, minced2 c. cooked ham, cubed1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded1 1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream1 t. dill1 t. salt1/4 t. pepper1/2 c. plain bread crumbs1/4 c. Parmesan cheeseSpray butterCooking spray
Directions
Saute onions, zucchini and garlic for 5 minutes in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Remove from heat. Stir in ham, swiss, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Spoon into medium casserole dish.

Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan together. Spread over top of casserole. Spritz with spray butter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
