Pumpkin Bran Muffins - Almost Nonfat

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packedPumpkin, canned, (15 oz can) 1.75 cupWhole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Wheat bran, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 3 tsp Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1 1/4 cupPumpkin Pie spice, 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat Eggs well then add milk and pumpkin. After well mixed add brown sugar
In another bowl combine flour, bran,th pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients.
Spray muffin tins or line with paper 24 regular or 12 large.
Fill tins 1/2 to 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes until toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean. Larger muffins take longer to bake. Carefully remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
