Stuffed Shells

1 lb lean (93/7) ground beef1/2 cup mozarella cheese shredded1/2 cup colby and monterey jack cheese shredded1/4 cup parmesan cheese1 1/2 cup 1% milk fat cottage cheese12 great value jumbo shells4 slices provolone cheese
makes 6 servings
brown lean ground beef
boil shells for 6-7 minutes (do not fully cook)
then mix cheeses together saving some parmesan cheese for topping.( save provolone cheese for later and do not mix in.
mix cheese mixture with browned ground beef
stuff shells with cheese and beef mixture. put small amt of spaghetti sauce on bottom of a 9x9 pan then place stuffed shells in. cover shells with the rest of sauce then top that with provolone cheese. on top of the provolone place the rest of the meat and cheese mixture not used to stuff shells.
use your choice of seasonings to flavor the mixture. i used garlic and italian seasonings.
bake in 375 * oven until heated through.
