Fusilli with Creamy Leeks & Spinach

Ingredients
3/4 pound fusilli1 1/2 TBSP evoo1 cup fat free half and half4 cups baby spinach1/2 cup basil
Directions
Cook pasta and drain. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil. Add leek and cook over moderate heat until soft. Add cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add pasta and coat with sauce. Remove from heat. Add basil and toss. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
