1/2 cup - chopped hazelnuts1 cup - Splenda 1 cup - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend2 large eggs2 Tbsp vegetable oil2 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup - 2% milk1/3 cup - unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 all purpose whole wheat flour1/2 cup all purpose white flour2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground nutmeg3 cups Quaker Oats - Quick cooking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray baking sheets with nonstick sray.
Beat together sugars, eggs, and oil. Beat in vanilla, milk and applesauce.
Stir together dry engredients and add to wet mixture. Stir in nuts and oats.
Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet. Bake for 11 - 13 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container or frreeze.
