Fresh Raspberry Pie

Ingredients
Merico refrigerated pie crust for double crust pie4 1/2 cups fresh raspberries1 1/4 cup sugar, more if raspberries are very tart4 Tablespoons quick cooking tapioca1 teaspoon vanilla1 Tablespoon milk or cream for brushing the top6 tsp coarse sugar for dusting top
Directions
Toss together raspberries, sugar, tapioca, vanilla and lemon juice. Spoon into prepared pie shell. Top with crust. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45-60 minutes.
