1 can salmon1/2 cup oatmeal1 egg - beatensalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp lemon juicemilk to moisten (i used 1/3 cup01 stalk celery, chopped1/2 onion, chopped
Directions
mix all ingredients except olive oil and make into patties.
fry in skillet with olive oil. makes 7 patties
