Strawberry Soup

Ingredients
2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled3 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. lemon zest2/3 c. plain non-fat greek yogurt1/2 c. cran-pomegranate juice
Directions
Hull strawberries and slice in half. Drizzle with honey and lemon zest. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally till the honey is broken down. This helps release the natural sweetness of the berries. Combine strawberry mixture in blender with yogurt and juice. Blend till smooth. Enjoy!
