Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.25 cupSoy Milk, .5 cupBanana, fresh, 1 small or .5 large, mashedPeanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbspBittersweet Chocolate Chips 5 large or 10 smallFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
Smash banana.
Combine everything except flax in a single serving bowl.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir & microwave uncovered on high for 1 minute.
Stir & microwave for additional 30 seconds.
Add flax, stir & consume!
Several bowls can be prepared & refrigerated up to 5 days in advance.
Another time saver is to mash a whole batch of bananas & freeze in individual portions.
