Ingredients:*Contadina Sauce, 13 serving *Contadina Tomato Paste, 30 tbsp *Del Monte Diced Tomatoes - Zesty Chili Style, 3.5 cup *Snow's Chopped Clams in clam juice, 2 oz, 19.5 oz *Giant Eagle Bay Scallops (4oz = 1 serving), 4 serving Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz Red pepper flakesgarlic 3 huge tbsp.1 large onion
Makes 23 1/2cup servings
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent add sauces simmer, then add scallops and shrimp.... cook until hot add pepper flake to desired heat flavor... add Italian seasonings to taste... add clams (if sauce seems too thick use 1 can clams juice) sauce is finished when heated all through..
Serve over favorite wheat pasta..
