Vitamix soy protein smoothie

1 c soy milk - vanilla1 scoop EAS soy protein powder6 baby carrots6 frozen strawberries6 ice cubes
Directions
put ingedients in vitamix machine; start on slow - process to high about a minute

pretty yummy
think it would be good also with a banana
or frozen peaches
and / or plain low-fat yogurt

(just got the vitamix machine and experimenting...)
