My Favorite Omelet

Ingredients
3 Egg Whites1 Tbsp Bacon PcsDash of Pepper2 cups Mushrooms1 cup Green Pepper1 Cup Red Peppers2 Slices fat free cheese(kraft Singles)2 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Prepare vegetables and add to frying pan with 2 tsp of Olive oil. Saute for 10 to 15 minutes. When almost cooked to individual taste, spray second non-stick frying pan and add 3 slightly beaten egg whites combined with 1 Tbsp of bacon pieces. Cook until done-approximately 4 to 7 minutes. Slide onto plate. Add cooked veggies and dash of pepper. Add cheese slices to vegetables and fold egg over. This makes a large dinner plate serving for one person or 2 smaller servings if desired.
