Ragu Sauce2 Cans 12 oz Tomato sauce1 foil mix of spaghetti seasoning1 lb ground turkey BREAST6 medium mushroomsGarlicOlive Oil 1 TBLSP
While boiling water, brown the sliced musrooms in the olive oil and crushed garlic once brown, start scrambling the ground turkey breast, season to taste (I use garlic salt and Nature's Seasoning). While turkey is cooking open cans of sauces and cook noodles in boiling water. Drain cooked noodles (your choice, I use whole wheat rotini) combine all ingredients and dinner is served.
