1 onion, sliced 1 small red pepper, sliced1 left over steak, cooked, sliced thin1 tbsp olive oil1 pat butter4 sliced of toastshredded cheese, whatever type you like.(Makes 2 sandwiches)
Heat butter and oil, over med-low, until butter is melted. Add onions and saute until onions just start to brown. Add peppers and continue saute until peppers just begin to soften. Add steak and saute until steak is heated through and browned a bit. Serve between two slices of toast, with just enough shredded cheese to melt and keep it all together, about 1 oz per sandwich.
