2 cans - Tuna, packed in water1 Apple, medium, peeled & chopped1/3 cup, chopped walnuts1/4-1/2 c. Onions (Green, White, or Red)3-4 Tbsp. Hellman's Light Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. Great with Whole Grain Whole Wheat Crackers
