One Box "Jiffy" Corn Muffin Mix1 Large Egg1/3 1% Milk1/3 tap Water
Pre-Warm Waffle Maker
Spray Waffle Maker With Pam
Mix All Ingredients Together by Hand (Mixture will be a little lumpy)
Pour A Tad Less Than 1/4 Cup of The Mixture Into Each Plate of the Waffle Maker (I use the 4 Squares Waffle Maker)
Close Waffle Maker And Look For When All The Steam Is Gone From SIdes, A Good Sign The Waffles Are Done
Peak In; When Waffles Are LIGHT Golden Brown They Are Ready To Eat:
PLESE DO NOT OVER COOK IF NOT THEY WILL BE TERRIBLY DRY AND NASTY

You Can Eat Plain, w/ Butter, Syrup, Fresh Fruit, Etc.
Waffles tend to be a little dry. You Can add oil to remedy this :) OR PERHAPS ANY ONE ELSE OUT THERE HAS ANY THOUGHTS/SUGGESTIONS ABOUT MAKING THEM LESS DRY, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE. THANKS AND ENJOY! HOPE YOU LIKE THEM!

ALILDUCKLING
I have been using the JCMM to make Corn Waffles -- with some of my own alterations. I find altering to be hard as I seek for lower fat and cholesterol. You might try the original recipe on box and see how it turns out and then gradually modify with later cooking experiments. Sweet! - 5/27/11
