Ingredients
12 cups of romaine lettuce1 can black beans drained1 can Mexican corn drained6 oz. slice black olives8 plum tomatoes chopped1 red onion chopped1 package of Kraft 4 Cheese Blend 2% Milk FatDressing1/2 cup sour cream1/3 cup lime juice1 TBSP splendasalt & pepper 1/2 tsp eachcilantro chopped 1/3-1/2 cup1/3-1/2 cup extra light virgin olive oil
Directions
Layer first 7 ingredients in a large salad bowl
Mix first 5 dressing ingredients & blend in olive oil to thicken dressing.
