Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs chicken with bones or 2 lbs chicken breast1 1/2 t salt20 oz can pineapple chunks with juice1 c sliced mushrooms1/2 c water2 T lite soy sauce2 t chicken bouillon granules1/2 t ground ginger1/2 green pepper, chopped
Directions
Sprinkle salt on Chicken and Brown (Broiler or Fry Pan).
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken in baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes.
