Chunky Black Bean Turkey Burger (Version 2)

Ingredients
1lb 93% Lean Turkey1 Can Black Beans (Drained & Rinsed)50g chopped red onion1/4tsp Ground Thyme1tsp Ground Black Pepper1tsp Ground White Pepper1/8tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper1/4tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Smoosh the black beans up just a little with a fork.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and loosely combine. Divide into 4 lg patties and cook.
I cooked in non-reactive pan with lt olive oil (not included in calorie count).
