Grilled salmon with peppers / pasta with cherry tomatoes and mozzerella

zest and juice of 1 lemon3 oz. salmon for each serving1 cup of peppers per servingpasta ( spaghetie or linguini }1 cup cherrytomatoes1 cup fresh mozzerella1 lemon cut into slices1 clove of garlc2 tbsp olive oil
Cut peppers in strips and place in bowl. Zest 1/2 lemon into bowl with peppers and juice of 1/2 lemon to bowl. Mix and let set. On aluminum foil pour 1tsp o olive oil. Cut salom into portions. Place 1 cup of pepper mixture on foil and place salmon on top of peppers. Place lemon slices on top of salmon and fold foil. Place on top rack of grille for aproxamately 20 min.
Cook pasta acording to directions and taste. In large pan mince garlic and add 1 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and put into pan. Add 1/2 lemon zest to pan and turn heat off. Drain pastawell and add to pan. Combine all together and cut mozzerella into small squares and combine with pasta.
