Chocolate Tofu Delight

1 pkg lite firm tofu6 squares of Ghiradelli 60% cacao dark chocolate5 drops of stevia1 tsp vanilla extract1/8 tsp almond extract1/4 c powdered sugar2/3 c almond breeze1 T slivered almonds2 1/2 medium strawberries
Melt chocolate in microwave for 90 seconds on high. Stir until uniformily smooth.
Heat almond breeze until warm.
IN a food processor, combine tofu, melted chocolate, heated almond breeze, powdered chocolate, vanilla and almond extracts and stevia. Process until smooth.
Spoon into dishes (I like to use margarita glasses). Garnish with slivered almonds, 1/2 strawberry and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
