Lobster And Tofu Lasagna

Ingredients
2/3 cup Tomato paste1 2/3 cups Diced tomato's1 1/2 cups Lobster chunks1 12oz block tofu drained2/3 cup sliced artichoke heart's1 cup feta cheese crumbled1 cup fat free cheddar cheese1 small onion chopped1 tbsp Oregano1 tbsp Basil1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp ground mustard1/2 cup water12 Lasagna noodles (whole wheat whole grain)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
precook lasagna noodles until soft.

SAUCE
In a two quart sauce pan combine tomato paste , diced tomato's , artichoke's onion, oregano , basil , garlic powder , salt , black pepper , ground mustard and water. Heat on high until boiling, Lower heat and simmer twenty minutes. Add lobster chunks and cook an additional ten minutes. Remove from heat.

Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Add a layer of noodles , sauce , tofu , sprinkle with feta. Repeat for second layer. For the third layer noodles , sauce , noodles and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes. Remove from oven let stand five minutes slice and serve.
