Directions
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips3 tbsp fat free promise spread1 tbsp vegetable oil1 1/2 Cup Instant Oatmeal3 tsp baking powder1/4 Cup of egg beaters1 Cup skim or fat free dry milk powder (do not use greate value)1 tsp Vanillia Extract1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour3 tbsp Slenda brown sugar blendNon stick butter spray
Pre heat oven to 325. Spray 2 cookie sheets with butter flavored Crisco
Mix dry fat milk powder with tepid water and set aside.
Use medium size bowl to mix together flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Using a wisk, in a large bowl cream promise and brown sugar. Add oil and mix.
Wisk in eggs. Then wish in vanillia, followed by milk mixture and egg beaters.
Use spoon to mix in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
This dough is not very dense as in normal cookies. Do not worry. Drop by tablespoon to make 20 cookies. Spread any unused dough in the bowl evenly between the cookies.
I normally spray the tops of each cookie very well with butter spray. Then I spray my fingers with the butter spray
and mash the cookies into a larger shape.
This really makes a good size cookie.
A serving is 2 cookies.
Cool on wire rack and serve.
When the left over cookies are cool , put 2 cookies in a snack bag and freeze to use at another time. They will keep up to 2 months.
