1.5 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. lemon juice8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast tenders2 Tbsp finely chopped Pecans1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbsMIX mustard, honey and lemon juice in a small bowl; place chicken in bowl - getting both sides wet..MIX nuts and bread crumbs in another bowl. Notes: Amounts are approximate, tastes great and easy to make. I ate this with salad - nice addition to it.
